Michael was the only one that sat down with me and asked me numerous important questions before he did a thorough inspection of the house. He was also the only one to give me an offer on site and included his promotional offer on the postcard to pay for a local moving company! His offer was very close to what I was looking for considering the amount of work that was needed on a 50 year old original house! The other companies had no professional image or attire like Michael did nor any type of special or wiggle room in their offer. Very smooth process! We had 7 investors come out to look at our distressed rental property in Grayslake! Most of them were not even going to close on the house they were wholesalers that find buyers and hold you hostage in a contract! I was very disappointed with Grandview Homes and Jeff Buys Homes they were very low and never even followed up! They offered us a fair price for the home and we were able to take our memories and leave everything that we didn’t want to take.
